Hi,

1) Although you are below 35 yrs old, as a divorcee with a child under legal custody. You are able to keep the BTO.
2) Should you decided not to keep the child then you will not be eligible to keep the BTO.
3) I strongly suggest you get a black and white to lock down your entitlement.
4) Raise your query via the HDB feedback channel to receive the confirmation in black and white:
