Hi GURUS,
1) My HDB 2nd appointment will be on 9 Dec 2015 and receive the letter to pay up the property tax.
As I understand the property tax is paid for the year 2015 is up until 31/12/2015.
Hence, what does HDB means and what do I need to pay?
Do I get a refund since the tax was paid till 31/12/2015?
2) The SP services bills are paid via GIRO and deduct every 25th of the month.
Can i cancel the GIRO services now but how to pay the remaining?
3) What about the $100 deposit with the SP services?
4) The Fire Insurance is up till April 2016. Will there be a refund on the remaining amount since the house will be hand over on the 9th?
