Hi Jo,

That will affect your credit status from the credit bureau. This will in turn, affect your loan status and amount from bank. Hence, the best advice would be to approach a banker for advice.

Hi,
To my understanding,if you have not been paying your minimum payment and have been in-consistent in your payments(delay payment)you will have a bad record in your credit bureau.
However,do not be disheartened,you can always approach any HDB mortage bankers for a free consultation to access your loan quantum.
You can also approach HDB officers to check if you are still eligible for a HDB loan.

It will reflect in credir report, but still my understanding as long you pay your minimum payment with in the due date it will not a problem most of the time. If you need more details pls refer a banker or feel fee to contact me.
