Hi Guru,Can both of us who are singaporean able to apply for a HDB of 2 rooms with a combine salary of 5k pm? Looking area at redhil/queentown area? Thanks. Ps:Are we also able to apply for condo if we already have a cash of 50k on hand.Cheers

Hi Darren, Are you looking at direct HDB flats or resales HDB flat? You might like to check the maximum loan that you are eligible by apply for a HLE first.
