Will the price in City area for HDB increase or it will remain same in next 5-6 years?

Afternoon Suraj,

As you are aware, there's technically zero land for HDB within the city area. That's why Rochor estate owners are being moved from central to Kallang estate. Without possible increase in supply, it's very likely that their prices will raise.

That's my personal opinion.
