Hi Guru,
We are Singapore PR Couple, living abroad at the moment and trying to buy low end property from open market. We have budget of total S$150K in mind and we are looking to pay that in full from CPF and cash so that we would not have any worries for financing.
We are open on type and location of property like 1+1 etc, preferably somehwere in east though.
Can you please advise if this is possble to get any reasonable property in this range? and if yes which area and what could be the possible rentle out of that as we would not be living there for next couple of years atleast.
