Hi Guru,
We are property developers in Queensland Australia. We own some land about 45 mins drive north of Brisbane at Bellmere on the way to the Sunshine Coast. The land that we have is identified for future residential subdivision and recently a Singaporean investor was looking at and making offers on nearby development sites. We have now decided to sell our holdings and I was wonderng how I should go about making contact with potential buyers within Singapore. Could you perhaps assist or introduce me to a property agent who has investors actively looking to invest in such product.
