Hi,

Both of you need to have hold SPR status for 3 years each before you are eligible for purchase. Yes its a lump sum payment, payable 2-3 months after purchase is confirmed (OTP exercised).

You're right that you will need to set aside approximately 28% of the purchase price. However, it is not a lump sum payment, and the payment will be in the different stages of the transaction.

Also, BSD and ABSD can also be paid from your CPF if you have enough monies your OA.
