Hi Guru team, a question to ask, me and my wife is married with 1 kid for 2 years since 2013. currently we are living separately. previously we applied BTO flat which the keys collection will be in July 2016. and the issue is, she wants to divorce next year 2016 because it will be the third year. and she wants me to surrender the flat to her fully. will hdb ask me to pay further for the flat, do i have to pay any maintenance for the flat.
