I’m helping my mother enquiry her situation ,
She wish to buy a 2 room flexi at a mature estate
And her previous home which she dispose off already did take before proximity housing grant
The question is, is she still counted as first timer, since PHG
In some sense is not a subsidy ,
Can she still take enhance housing grant or single grant?

Status:divorce
Income: $1200/m
