Hi Mdm Grace, it is case by case, some items can be excluded from the minor repair clause. Put yourself in the shoe of tenant. I can be reachable at my mobile. CK Ang 9046 3808  Vestor Realty Read More

Dear Mdm Grace, What exactly about the minor repair clause did the prospective tenant disagree with? Is it the amount or is it the existent of the minor repair clause over the type of furniture you have provided? In general, what I usually do is to take pictures of the individual item provided to record down the state or condition handed over to the parties such that in the event of damage not due to fair wear and tear, tenant will bear responsibilities to pay the mentioned amount. Personally I think is a fair clause since there is a one month warranty period, moreover, I don't think I should responsible due to negligence, what's your opinion ?

Hi Mdm Oh, the common practice in the market is to negotiate matter (minor repair clause) and move forward. Do be quick, otherwise, you may lose this potential tenant. Thank you Andrew Ngauw 8188 8887  GPS Alliance Pte Ltd Read More
