Hi guru pls advise. For 2nd timer, after getting a DBSS / EC unit, need to dispose current HDB within 6 months. Will HDB approve, if i sell away exisitng HDB to parents at a cost of $1.00 so that they can rent out few rooms?

Evening Jack,

HDB do not restrict the selling price but with any sales going below 15% of valuation price, HDB will prompt into it. There are eligibility issues and ownership issue, which you need to consider on.

It would be prudent to check it out with HDB.
