Hi Guru,
Planning to buy HDB Resale Flat.
Me and my wife all SPR and total CPF OA have 30K.
I am 54yrs old and my wife is 42yrs old.
What type of flat can buy?

Afternoon Mr. Aung,

With only $30k in CPF, you will still be short by quite a huge chuck as the banks might not be able to loan both of you as much, due to your age. I would advice getting a bank to assess your credit and loan status, before getting things started.
