Why do you need a breakdown between valuation and COV to plan for your sale? I suppose the final selling price will be the more decisive factor as COV does not equate to the amount of cash that you'll be receiving up front. Technically, your housing plans needs to be in line financially with the sale of your property and do your due diligence in finding out recent transactions instead of depending on us to feed you the information. In selling a house, the extent of which the marketing agent can reach out to will potentially decide if your unit has the potential to be sold at a premium as most salesperson will engage similar platforms to market in terms of internet portals as well as newspapers,which anyone can also do it.
