Hi guru, me and my husband are SPR. We own a house in Malaysia. If we transfer our malaysia house ownership to my mother and assign a "will" hat I will be the owner of the house if she passed away. Are we still entitle to buy a resale hdb?

Afternoon Shanice,

Upon purchase of resale HDB unit, you are required to be clear from private property ownership, within and out of Singapore. As for the context of WILL, it's more of personal basis.
