If your daughter is under your custody, care and control, you are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit under public scheme.

    Hi, understand that there are new rules that SPR can only purchase HDB after 3 years. Does it apply to both buyers or just 1 buyer who had more than 3 year spr will do? Please advise. Thanks.
