Hi Guru, I've recently sold my 4rm flat through an agent. Before signing the option form, the agent had made a financial calculation & informed that we will get at least a profit of $11k. About a month later after the agent had submitted our application to HDB, they had informed that our transaction will be a negative sale of at least $18k. Fortunately I've got just enough fund in my CPF. But the agent shirk responsibility. What should I do?
