Hi Guru,
I've just got my divorce and had once owned a executive unit in hdb and sold it away 3yrs ago. May i know when can i apply a new flat again as i intend to get married again with my current boyfriend.
Please help!

Morning Nathalie,

Did you utilized housing grant for your previous purchase? If so, you will be considered as second timer. You will also be liable for levy of $50k cash.
