Hi Guru, is it better to purchase a high or low floor unit?

Good evening,
I think it really depends on individual. Some clients that I encountered told me they prefer low cause scared of heights while some wants as high as possible.
But if the factors are the same for either low or high floor for instance same price, of course get higher floor in my opinion.
