Hi Guru, I'm Singapore PR currently own a private property in M'sia. with the current ruling can i keep the property if i buy HDB resale flat?

Morning Klee,

You are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit if you are married to another PR or SC. However, you are required to have your ownership status removed from the current property within 6 months from key collection.
