Hi Guru, I'm malaysian and a SPR holder.I and my spouse intend to buy a 3 rooms HDB unit. Currently, we only have small budget in hand and my cpf OA still less than 30k. Can anyone kindly tell me. how much cash should I prepare for the down payment and other expenses?Thanks in advance.
