If you form a valid family nucleus under one of the many Eligibility Schemes, you can apply for a BTO flat.

Do take note that BTO flats are heavily subscribed, and it will take some luck to get a good ballot number.

Also, you need to be wary of the construction time of BTO flats now, as some of the recent BTO launches were given a Timeline of 60 months to complete. Hence, you might wish to see if this suits your family planning timeline too.
