Good evening,

It depends i feel.

There are short rise HDB building with highest floor at level 4 while some could go up to level 40+. If level 6 is top floor, its high. If level 6 on a 40+ level building, its consider low floor.

I have clients who have height phobia. He only can stay on level 2.

If you think level 6 is high enough for you, its considered high then.

Hope my sharing helps in aiding in your enquiry. May I know how can I value add further in your property needs?

Best regards,

YT Tan

Hi,

1) In the general opinion 6th floor is considered as mid-floor.
2) But do note there is quite an amount of 4 sty HDB block in Singapore thus the agent might quote the 3rd or 4th floor as high in this type of block.
3) Likewise for 8 sty, 10 sty block, and so forth, thus the agent might quote them as high when selling a 6th-floor unit.
4) Thus it is important for you to find out what is the total level of this block that you are keen on before deciding it worth going down to view.

Hope the above answer your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.
