Hi Guru, i'm interested in Cote D'azure, 2 bedrm, ard 800psf.
I owned a HDB which the ownership was transfered to me from my brother. i did not use any cpf for the hdb, so do i still need to set aside 53k before i can use my cpf for the 2nd property?
Pls advise, thanks
