Hi Guru, Im due to go down for bto flat selection for compassvale mast. Quite shock to see e selling price as i will also need to pay resale levy of $45,000. Is it worth paying $450k for a 4rm?

Morning,

Your previous subsidized unit is 5 room flat hence the resale levy payable of $45k. Is $450k a good buy for 4 room flat? When buyers bought Pinnicle around 10 years ago at $400k for 4 room flat, many said that it's over-priced. You know the rest of the story. Depending on your requirement, for own stay or as stepping stone to upgrade in the future, and your current financial ability, you can make the call.
