Hi,

Only PRs who are legally married and hold PR status for at least 3 years can purchase hdb flat. Alternatively you may want to consider private condos. Thanks and hope to assist further.

Morning,

SPR are only eligible to purchase resale HDB unit if they are married to SC or another SPR who have fulfilled 3 years on status.
