1. Training
2. Talent
3. Teacher
Training
All agencies have their own in house training, but how many successful agents were trained to "train"? Being successful is very different from being able to impact another person's success.
Talent
This varies from individual to individual, 3 broad aspects that are essential are good people skills, good negotiation abilities, and also a tenacity to succeed!
Teacher
The most important and often overlooked aspect of success. Many people ask about start up procedures, or ask about necessary certification, but the key really is about WHO is the one you are teaming up with!
