Hi Guru, if I want to do a property ownership switch, say my flat switch with my parents', can it be done? And if yes, after the switch, is there still a cool down period of 5 years again?

Hi,

Yes, you can transfer the ownership to your parents. however, they cannot sell the unit within 5 years if it is an HDB unit. Read More
