Hi Guru, if i want to buy a new HDB Flat, do I need to pay back the grant that I had for the first HDB Flat?

Hi
if your first HDB flat was a new subsidised flat bought directly from HDB, or if you took a housing grant, then the answer is yes you will need to pay a resale levy if you are buying a second new subsidised flat from HDB.

Hi,

Yes you have to pay a resale levy if you are purchasing a 2nd subsidized flat (BTO flat from hdb), and it can be paid in cash. Amount varies according to the unit size you own now. Thanks and hope to assist further.
