Hi Guru - If i own a private/condo, or even another HDB, am i allowed to inherit a HDB passed down from parents? Or i have to force sell it within a period of time?

Afternoon Ms. Leong,

Based on my past experience, you will be required to decide which unit to keep. Multiple other factors would be considered which will make your choices quite limited.

I would say that it is a case to case basis. And if in the event you are being forced to sell the HDB unit, you still get a chance to appeal.
