Hi Guru,
If I bought a resale HDB flat and get housing grant.
Questions:
- So I must wait after 5 yrs then can buy BTO HDB flat or resale HDB again?
- So I still consider first timer to buy BTO HDB flat?
- How about buy 2nd property, must I wait till 5yrs?

AFternoon,

Purhcase of resale flat using CPF housing grant is considered as your first timer privilege. According to regulations, you must fulfill your MOP, before you can move onto another resale HDB unit or purchase second property. If you were to purchase BTO, you are considered as second timer.
