Hi Guru, if i am PR age 36 but single, can i buy HDB flat in singapore?

Good morning,
Sorry to inform you that there's no single PR scheme thus if you are keen to purchase a HDB, you must form a family nucleus with a Singaporean or SPR.
If not, your alternative will be private property.
