1) Under Senior Priority Scheme:
2) At least 40% of the 2-rm Flexi flats will be set aside for elderly applicants.
3) The conditions to be eligible for this scheme are:
(a) The new 2-rm Flexi is located within 4km of your current flat or owner-occupied private property, or,
(b) You must be married and at least 1 of your married child is an SC or SPR. Your application project is where the nearest block is within 4km from an HDB flat or a private residential property that your married child resides in.
If your child is widowed or divorced, you are still qualified for this SPS.
4) Important notes are:
(a) If your married child owns more than 1 property, the property which they reside in will be used for the proximity reference.
(b) Your child reference property must be owner-occupied by their immediate family members.
(c) They have to continue living within 4km of your new flat throughout the 5-yrs MOP.
