Hi Guru, i would like to seek an advise, if i am singapore citizen while my spouse holding is work permit and we decided to buy a resale flat at $450K, can i know how much cash do i need after deducting the hdb near parents grant, hdb grant plus my current CPF of 20K. i need a roughly guide. Thanks!
