Hi,

Congratulations!!!

You shall be able to apply for HLE (HDB Loan Eligibility) upon getting your tempoarary pink IC slip.
Just a reminder that you should also apply for passport on the same day. You are not able to place deposit for any flat without that.

It is only 4 weeks from getting your citizenship, I would suggest you should starts looking for your home now.

Generally, it takes at least a few weeks before you are able to identify what you really want and what you are able to afford.
By the time you straighten out your thoughts, it is just on time to receive your temp IC and book the flat at the same time.
