Afternoon Carmen,

There's currently a unit at Blk 48, with valuation of $255k, Asking of $310k, low floor unit. If you are PR and eligible to 80% loan, you will need to pay 5% cash, 15% CPF / CPF + cash / cash, which will sum up to $50k. Your stamp fee would be around $4400, if you purchase at $310k. The legal fee is around $1900. As for the commission agreement, do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
