Hi Guru, i owned at 5rooms HDB flat with my wife but we are in the process of divorce. I need to know if i could still own the flat with my mum's name in maintaining the flat and the hdb loan? Then i will pay of my wife portion.

Afternoon Ben,

You can always perform a "Part-Purchase" to buy over your ex-wife's share for the unit. This is only applicable after you have obtain the Absolute.
There are also many things to look into, like your loan eligibility, your mum's property ownership status, etc.
