Hi Guru,

I just paid option fee 1k yesterday. Now I am reading through the documents and found there is a 60 days submission with handwriting and estimate 1st Appt is on March. What I understand is total processing time is around 3-4 months. But seems like processing time is around 7 months based on what my agent advised.
Can you pls let me know the processing time from the date of Option fee paid till occupied?

Hi,
The processing time till the taking over will depends on when is the application take on. As the OTP status 60 days, meaning after you exercise the OTP, the seller can take up to 60 days to submit resale online application. From the day of online application, it may take up to 3 - 4 months of processing.

Good morning,

The minimum period required for transaction of HDB is around 3 to 4 months. When other terms and condition comes into the picture, actual time frame required will differ. Since you have engaged an agent, it's his duty to advice you on the details of the OTP before you even sign it. Do check back with your agent accordingly.
