Hi Steve,

On a safer side of calculations, let's assume that your Quintet unit is sold for $920k. A similar size unit in Casa Merah and Optima is looking at $1.3m thereabout. Difference of about $400k. Zhiwei has roughly done the sums based on a 80% loan achieved. You need to really plan out your finances to avoid overcommitment in terms of your cash flow.
