Hi Guru,

I have plan to buy condo in Singapore. i am Singapore PR. My question i have 20 % amount 80 % bank loan. Later can use my existing home loan and get 20 % amount from the bank loan after purchasing the condo later 1 year.

I believe you are talking about home quite loan here. Based on prevailing regulations, it is unlikely you can withdraw your down payment within one yer as a home equity loan. Besides, banks' legal subsidy have a lock-in period for two years, you will be obliged to return this sum back to the bank plus any penalties for early redemption, if applicable. Read More
