I have been given an overseas posting by my company recently. I am required to remain overseas for at least 5 years. And since this is a long period, I intend to bring along my family. I owned an HDB 'Penthouse' in the East. I think most Guru here would know where it is since there are not many HDB 'Penthouse' in SG. FLoor area is 189sq m and comes with 4 bedrooms and a maid's room. I'm considering if I should sell or rent the unit. If sell, how much is it worth now? Should I choose to rent it out, what would be the monthly rental? Would appreciate some professional advice from Guru. Tq.
