Hi Julie,

May I know if you are referring to a 4rm HDB or 5rm HDB?

Based on HDB transacted records, 4rm HDB in the area is transacting above $370,000 (lowest recorded in September 2010) whereas the lowest transaction price of a 5rm HDB was $420,000 in November 2010. (I am referencing the transactions from Sep-Dec 2010)

By my estimation, the valuation for a 4 room at Compassvale Cres should be about $370k and a 5 room should be about $440k.
