Hi Guru,

I have 70k in cpf OA, and 20k cash, I can only take bank loan, not HDB loan now, I want to know, what is the maximum price that I can buy for a HDB 4rm? Thank you!

Afternoon,

You might want to rework your sums. 4 room flat in Marsiling and Yishun area have a minimal value of $350k. 5% would be $17500. This would not include the COV. With $70k CPF, it would be enough to cover the stamp & legal fee and the 15%.
