Hi Guru

I bought HDB resale flat in July 2011.

I am looking into sell my flat before MOP because of my personal reason.

How will HDB evaluate this? My only concern is that any detection from the flat value?

Afternoon,

To sell your unit before fulfilling MOP is subjected to HDB approval. As your our purchase date is after the 6th cooling measure, you will be liable for Seller Stamp Duty. Being within less than 3 years, HDB is likely to buy back the property from you, based on valuation pricing, if they even approve your appeal to sell.
