I believe you'll be spoilt for choices with the amount of supply of units within your specifications available for sale. The issue will be which location are you choosing and what is the price range you are working on?

As you maybe aware that there is ethnic integration policy as well as SPR quota ratio to observe for HDB resale purchases, may I know more about your background and preference before I proceed to shortlist a unit for you?
