Hi Guru,
I am first time buying resale hdb flat in singapore, two months before I purchased HDB 4 rm flat in sengkang, after signing OTP and paid option fee and taking first HDB appointment, now seller doesn't want to sell his property and not ready to come at HDB on 1st appointment meeting. Also, now he is forcing me to give up from this resale transaction.

But i like this place, i have proper OTP signed documents and don't want to give up from this transaction. What actions can i take against seller if seller won't come on 1st appointment at HDB, pl. advice.
