Hi Dan, once you bought a resale HDB unit, you are suppose to sell or to transfer the ownership of the overseas unit.

Perhaps it will be good to clarify with HDB on the status of your Small office flexible office in Malaysia. Does HDB regards it as residential or commercial?

If HDB requires you to dispose it after you purchase a resale HDB, will you be okay?

If okay, we can proceed with househunting first while waiting for a reply from HDB.
