Hi ther, single is only eligible for 2rm bto flat. Bto and resale have it’s own pro and con too. 1) You shall be eligible for a BTO flat if you are a single SC above 35 years old.
2) However the flat type is only limited to 2-rm (99yrs leasehold) in non-mature estates.
