Hi Guru, i am 34/Single.
Understand that i need to be 35 to purchase a hdb under single plan.
Questions :
1) is it possible to make a booking first and submit the documents to HDB when i fully turn 35?
2) is there be a time frame to submit docs from the date of purchase to hdb?if there a grace time frame i might be able to make a deposit for booking and then submit the doc at full 35 years old.
3) I am looking for Jumbo flats 6 room hdb with connecting living at east side, if you have listing please keep me in the loop.
