Happen to see this clause inside DBSS website.

If you and/or your spouse have a minority interest in a private
property, you may request for exemption prior to your DBSS application
and submit the necessary documents to support your request. Approval
for exemption may be granted on compassionate grounds
depending on the merits of each case.

Therefore, would like to know if there is any chance I do not need to wait for 30mths to apply for a HDB/DBSS/EC after selling away my private property if me and my husband is not the main shareholder? Thank you!
